Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using cybernerds.io (the "Site") or any services provided by Cybernerds LLC ("Cybernerds," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or our services.

Services

Cybernerds provides IT consulting services including Microsoft Cloud consulting, endpoint management (Microsoft Intune), cybersecurity assessments, managed IT services, and related technology workshops and educational content. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between Cybernerds and the client.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its hosting infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content without written permission

Workshops and Educational Content

Workshops, webinars, guides, and other educational content provided through the Site are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice specific to your environment. Implementation of any concepts discussed in workshops should be validated in your own environment by qualified personnel. Cybernerds is not liable for outcomes resulting from the application of general educational content.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Cybernerds LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Workshop recordings provided to attendees are for internal use only and may not be redistributed, published, or shared publicly without written consent.

Confidentiality

Any information about your IT environment shared during consultations, assessments, or workshops is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client-specific technical details to third parties. Formal confidentiality obligations are defined in our Master Services Agreement or individual SOWs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybernerds LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cybernerds in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gaston County, North Carolina.

International Users

If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Service engagements for international clients (including Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal, and other markets) are governed by the terms in the applicable MSA, which may include jurisdiction-specific provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
