RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming telephone calls as first point of contact for the organization
- Provide administrative support to the organization, including scheduling appointments,
- managing emails and organizing files
- Assist with various research projects and data collection/analysis
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and use discretion when dealing with
confidential matters - Maintain organized and updated databases, spreadsheets and tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects in a timely
manner - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- English Language Speaking: Advanced Level or higherStrong organizational skills and attention to
detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced user level in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in basic PC literacy
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion
